Do you usually disable aircontrol? Because that may or may not change the speed of the vehicle because of less groundfriction.

If you start updating old builds with the new parts and everything, I will absolutely watch them all.

The reason I still watch your content is because you are creative and I have also been watching you since 2017. I remember multiplayer monday on scrap mechanic. These things are creative and they are different. I think that you should keep up the good work and there are always new ideas that can be discovered.

I think it'd be neat to see sound barrier vehicles that also function; doing it without glitches would definitely be a challenge but I'm positive it's possible. But also using glitch engines like the UFO engine for sound barrier breaking could be fun to do next.

21:55 One last optimisation you could make here is simply getting rid of all the grid blocks and moving the 4x1 wedges back to fill the space. despite being out of line with the bottom ones, the vertical aerodynamic forces will still cancel out practically the same. it would only save a kilogram but every optimisation counts!

I think it's because they are quite simple to understand it's not using complex parts of the game so any new viewer can figure out what's going on easily and also people like familiarity and it's just different enough to be interesting but not too different that people get thrown off or confused

Hey scrapman! I enjoy watching all your content but what’s cool about the sound barrier videos is that they give me a good sense of power from power cores. Before watching this video I honestly thought that this engine was pretty good but while it’s not terrible it’s also not the best option. I think you also do a great job of explaining yourself and the reasoning behind your design choices. Hope that helps

Hey Scrap. W in IT always say that no matter how stupid opinion/suggestion someone says, always say it aloud. Not just because it could be much smarter than the person thinks, but also because saying it aloud often makes that person find "better version" of that dumb idea in that instant. In any case, I believe we would like to hear any and all of your ideas and reasoning no matter how silly they would be.

why do i keep watching this videos. its fun to see you troubleshoot and try to accomplish a goal. Series are fun, its kind of predictable what you re gonna watch but there is also a twist. Its cool to watch you enjoy playing games! keep it up! (edit: Hide and seek series suck lol)

We watch these vids for the build process. I personally just like videos that are about you trying to build something. Dont get me wrong the dogfights are great but older style build videos are nice to see every now and then

IDEA: For the wheel sound barrier vehicles, what if you put the wheels in line with the seat as you did on the video the other day. BUT this time you use hinges/ rotation system to angle the wheels so that the contact point of the wheel is just below the vehicle but NOT 1 block below the vehicle eliminating some air drag.

Hi, with shield pieces on the bottom of the car you can cancel both aerodynamic arrows of the back wheels. not sure if the weight added might prevail both arrow tho. Also the shield pieces on the side might have a better aerodynamic than the wheels and so can be used to shield the front wheels aero.

Personally for me and my wife it's just a we watch you every morning kind of thing. The experiment videos are always entertaining though. But we watch every video every morning. You post at 7, typically, and we wake up at 7. So your part of our daily routine. We appreciate how genuine you are and just down to earth. Your not obnoxious and all in your face like most people on RUclips. There's a lot of games we watch others play that we would love to watch you play, but we know you have a select audience. Either way whatever you post we are generally happy with and look forward to your video most mornings.

Heya Scrap, just a thought that you kight like to try out. Instead if the singular flat map os there a custom map that is a very large ring you could drive around infinitely? One that doesnt have a steep bank that affects your results in a meaningful way but would allow you infinite time to get up to speed? Either way loving the videos and watching you puzzle solve with what the game provides is what keeps me watching!
